Our partners are so important. We cannot do the work Christ has called us to without partners who give to see the church go forward. It is both those who give and those who go that carry the Gospel forward, God giving the increase. 

Legacy Gift

For 60 years the ministry of ACC has been proclaiming the glory of God to the international community in Alexandria. It is amazing to see people from countries across the world come together to worship Jesus. It is this sense of belonging to a community of faith that we work to continue for the days ahead until he comes.

We know that there are many who have great memories of what God has done through ACC. There are stories of people coming to faith, being encouraged in discipleship, and reaching greater Alexandria with the Gospel.

This year sees many firsts for ACC. We have just become recognized as an official church in Egypt. As a result, we are at a unique opportunity to take steps forward to prepare for the next season of ministry. As a church we have just purchased an apartment to serve as a parsonage for the pastor of ACC. This apartment will be housing for the pastor’s family, provide a meeting space for Bible study, and become the first valuable asset the church will own.

Each legacy gift is needed, and we are thankful for your participation.  The purchase of the apartment and its furnishings is a step of faith for us. Our target is to raise the $29,790 needed for the first phase, allowing us to remain on track for the remaining payments over the next 24 months. A one-time donation of $250, $500 or even $1000 or more will be a huge blessing to ACC. Some will want to join in monthly partnership to support ACC over the next 24 months. The Apartment 

Purchasing an apartment is more than providing housing and meeting space. It is providing a way forward for ACC to use the resources God has provided as good stewards in proclaiming the Good News. ACC does not pay a pastoral salary. However, much of the budget for Alexandria Community Church is utilized in providing housing for the pastor and his family as a blessing to offset the support-based budget needed to be able to serve in Alexandria. This means that rent has been paid for 60 years without ownership of a property for the church. Once the apartment is paid off the funds can be refocused towards other areas of ministry, giving the church forward momentum for years to come.
